& Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bgbd" — refers to the bgbd platform, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and successors.
• "Platform" — refers to the website accessible at https://bgbd.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" — any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform to place bets, wagers, or participate in casino games.
• "Balance" — the sum of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by bgbd subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required by bgbd before certain Account actions are permitted.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operative time zone for all Platform activities.

To be eligible to use the bgbd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by bgbd for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of a bgbd employee, where participation in real-money play would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under any self-exclusion agreement currently in force.

bgbd reserves the sole right to determine eligibility in any individual case. A determination that a Player does not meet eligibility requirements may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bgbd will close all but one Account (at bgbd's sole discretion) and may void any winnings or Bonus Funds associated with the duplicate Accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change. bgbd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate registration details.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and where bgbd deems it necessary for Account security or fraud prevention purposes, Players must complete the KYC verification process. This requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, in some cases, proof of address or source of funds. bgbd reserves the right to place withdrawal restrictions on any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bgbd will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bgbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All Account Balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgbd does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• bgbd reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual Account level.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• bgbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be informed of any such delays via their registered contact details.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Real-money funds may be withdrawn independently of Bonus Funds subject to KYC clearance.

bgbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bgbd bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are held separately from real-money Balance until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any one time unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another active bonus.
• bgbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus, or void bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to neutralise risk.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after the date on which they are credited unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds do not carry monetary value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the bgbd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games). General rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bgbd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• bgbd reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed error. Players will be notified of any such void and the staked amount will be returned to their Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface prior to bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time for operational, integrity, or technical reasons. Any bet placed immediately prior to a market suspension will stand if it was accepted by the system before the suspension took effect.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. bgbd does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnections during a live game session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. bgbd recommends maintaining a stable internet connection during play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgbd Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to bgbd and will be void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to your Account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with bgbd support.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

bgbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to Account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 9.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach by the Player, bgbd may withhold the Account Balance to the extent necessary to cover any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from the breach. Any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the conclusion of any internal review process.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting bgbd support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any confirmed real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

bgbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only, and bgbd encourages all Players to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their Account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account will be temporarily suspended from real-money play.
• Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion by contacting bgbd support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.

All content on the bgbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bgbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from bgbd.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on any part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bgbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bgbd will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

In any event, bgbd's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bgbd will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bgbd operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bgbd's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

bgbd's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to first submit a written complaint to [email protected]. bgbd will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 business days (BST) and will endeavour to provide a final response within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to a Player's satisfaction through this process, the Player may pursue remedies through applicable legal channels.
